A demanding regulatory context and the strategic nature of HR data required a redefinition of the principles of data governance and an appropriate operational approach to ensure its quality throughout the HR value chain, on an enterprise-wide level.
Keyrus Management adopted a practical approach to implement the governance model operationally, ensuring the adoption of best practices by HR Data stakeholders • Definition of a core model for employee data and a data dictionary (definitions, uses and values) • Definition of governance principles: actors & roles, management processes, local vs. Group interactions, operational and strategic committees • Implementation of a tool giving access to updated referencing (subscription model) • Implementation of a Data Quality Center to manage short-term corrections and the implementation of long-term solutions • Change management for all actors on the key concepts and processes of governance
